We had two speakers on T3EE 2016:
@Jens with "Scrum or not to Scrum? And how about remote teams?":
A short overview about the basics of Scrum and what benefits this agile methodology gives to a project. This helps to decide for what type of projects Scrum can be used and what parts might be always useful even for the smallest project based on our experience. At the end some hints on organizing distributed (or remote) teams cleverly.
Can be downloaded here.
@Adrian with "Responsive Checkout":
Did you know that more than 67% of customers abort the checkout process? Get to know – based on much research, case studies and usability analysis – how to increase your conversion rate and how to turn customers into returning customers.

Earlier this year we announced you that we will be Gold sponsors at one of the best IT events from Cluj, and also an unique event in Romania. Yes Cluj have IT - and it’s called T3EE = TYPO3 East Europe.
This event brings together lot of developers, great speakers, funny and enthusiastic people who share the same passion: the love for development and TYPO3. This year, we had the 4th edition of T3EE and it was awesome. If you missed it, then you should buy your ticket for the next one starting now. You won’t regret it.
Beside the interesting subjects and great talks, we had so much fun. Every talk was ended by playing a different game, and the Main party from friday night was the definition of fun and joy. Not to mention the party from thursday with traditional music and food, which for many of our guests from Germany, Greece, Austria, Switzerland or Netherlands was, for sure, a night they will never forget.
Thank you all for your effort to make this great event, for the participation at the event and see you at the next T3EE!
The T3EE theme this year was FUN. So what’s better than playing games to have fun? After each session every 2 teams played a different game. No one knew the games so no one knew what to expect for, and because some of the teams had the same score we had to have a final winner.
Can you guess which was the final prove of who is the best? Well it was Karaoke. There were 3 teams left in the final, and every team had to sing the song: “We are the champions”. No further commments though. The “fight” was very tight, but in the end we finally had our winner, and we are proud to say that 2 of our super heroes were in the winning team.
If we had a winner, they had to have also a prize for all the effort they put to win this fun championship. And the surprise was a… good surprise. It was a moving clock alarm. So now we’ll know why some of our colleagues will be late at the office. They will keep trying to catch/stop the alarm.
As of today, we are proud to announce that we open a new chapter of our company: Certified Intrexx Partners. Our Intrexx department has achieved the highest certification that our partners, United Planet can provide for their Intrexx product. Together with our classic web solutions, as of today we are offering Portal and Digital Workplace solutions based on Intrexx. Our first project has already started rolling and our plan is to expand our Intrexx Consultancy department and become one of the biggest players in the local market for this segment.
Today it's a big day for us :), Target-E's first year of activity, here in Cluj Napoca. This way we want to thank to our team of great developers: THANK YOU for all your effort and work through the year. Target-E is greatful to have you.
Last week (Thursday, 21.07.2016) we were at the "9. Open Space Scrum München" event in Munich hosted by it-agile GmbH.
Big barcamp like event about Scrum with around 30 people exchange their different experience about starting with and best practice for Scrum. So we learned a lot about easy and pragmatic into Scrum for big classic organizations: the roles in Scrum and their change over time, difference between praise and appreciation and much more...
Most interesting part was about retrospective with distributed teams (yes Target-E was very curious about that one) and besides fancy technology to simulate the feeling about sitting next to each other it is mainly about clever organisational things that are valid for local retrospectives, too (structured and timeboxed meetings, switching between public and private working times within the retro, having a local representative keeping an eye on the scrum master tasks like time and last but not least try at least to move around part of the people to other parts of the team every now and then).
We are very proud to announce you that starting today we are an official Intrexx authorized partner. You didn't heard about Intrexx before? Well it's not just a website or an app, it's beyond all. Just start thinking now about your new web applications, new web portal, and we will help you. We have the perfect solution for your ideas.
Organizing Codesprints in Cluj should turn into a habbit. This codesprint event was organized in Cluj, with the support of TARGET-E and Arxia. Core developers gathered and had some coding fun. For us at TARGET-E it was a shuttle launch for active participation in TYPO3 Code Contribution.
It happened! The first TYPO3 Camp in Vienna finished yesterday. A successfull event thanks to the sponsors and special thanks to the organizers Attila and Joseph from Sup7even.
The location was awsome: the Technical University of Vienna, a beautiful historical building.
For 2 full days (and nights), TYPO3 developers and managers exchanged ideas on the burning topics of the moment: PHP 7, TYPO3 8(.1), Agile project management and of course, web security. Fun and good mood was of course allpresent.
Jens from TARGET-E showed us in a fun way why Scrum Masters are the Better Cooks. The speech turned into an open discussion outside the schedule. Naturally, thre are many ideas and ways to go in Project Management and we need to share these tips.
The plan is to come back next year to Vienna for the follow-up event with most of TARGET-E Team.
Thanks again #t3cvie!
... 3, 2, 1, 0 and here it is. We are happy to announce the release of our new website, designed with a fresh new look and user-friendly navigation, updated with the latest information about us and our services inluding TYPO3, Drupal, Magento, Shopware (everything you need). In an increasingly virtual age, a site represents not only the public face of a company, but also the first impression about us and what we do and a interaction way between you and us.
If you have any comments about this new website, they are more than welcome.
We have used for the first time the new Let's encrypt. Installing in on our server seems quite easy and it got us an A+ rating on a quick test. We highly recommend using it (and perhaps also donating to the project) which will encourage further open source security projects to make our life more secure in the future.
It is known that a team with negativity, doubts and disinterest will most likely fail to reach its goals, and we try to do our best to remove any trace of those. Being and working as team, means for us, a second place to be called as home.
A good latin proverb says "Mens sana in corpore sano". And we really do this at "home". We eat only healthy food, do a lot of sport, singing and dancing, and sometimes we work too...
The truth is that we work smart (not hard) and we are excellent fusball developers. This year we had also our first fusball championship and Dani and Andi were invicibles (not really hard to guess who won the trophy :D). If you are also a good fusball player, you should join us.
As the days go by, so does the winter. The battle between winter and spring has started, but not for us. The most expected moment has come. We are finally going to ski. Even if no one of us has any skills, we are all so excited about it (hope that this enthusiasm will also help us to learn skiing, otherwise we will just be a huge snowball).
Everyone is ready and we just pressed the "start button" of the road trip adventure till Vartop. The sun from Cluj make us a little bit skeptical, but we hope that there will be snow.Even if the road is kind of "shaky", it doesn't matter, the time passes quickly... and it's getting colder and colder, meaning that we are almost at destination... And here we are. The hosts expect us with traditional good food and other surprises. Tomorrow morning we will meet our ski instructor and after tomorrow the Winter Olympics can come :).
Sun, hesitating, woke us up, and after breakfast we were ready for the first ski lesson. The instructor told us the dos and don'ts, showed us some basic tips, and after that everyone was one their own way. And because team has no I, but win has, we encouraged each other, until each managed eventually to ski even at least a little.
At the end of the day Alexandra was our snowboard princess, and Erika our ski ballerina. Everyone tried hard, but in the end everyone was very happy and we are waiting the next ski teambuilduing.
Already at the third edition, TYPO3 East Europe (T3EE) gathers TYPO3 developers and enthusiasts from all over Europe with the aim to promote the development of TYPO3 in countries where it is not yet well known, to encourage the growth of the local communities, help them get more involved and also boost TYPO3 among TYPO3 among developers and on the market.
Don't miss the chance to meet us at this event in our hometown Cluj!
As you already know a new version of TYPO3 will be launched on 10th of November. In Cluj Napoca the Release Party for TYPO3 7 LTS will start at this day at 19:00 at "The Lab Cocktail Bistro". Meet us there and get the information about this new version.
With an interesting mix of topics in sessions and workshops, directed to developers and TYPO3 users as well as decision makers and marketing managers, we meet again at TYPO3Conference in Amsterdam, from 21st to 22nd of October 2015.
Experience, discuss, learn and have a good time with the unique TYPO3 community in the middle of the heart of one of the nicest and exciting cities of Europe!
Look out for Jens Krumm and get in touch with us.
Be part of the 4th international TYPO3 Barcamp and let's have fun, 'cause there will not be only inspired sessions and couch sessions, will also be pool sessions.
So it's a win - win. You'll have fun, meet new people, learn something new and make business with us.
Look for Jens Krumm on this event and get in touch with us. Became a TARGET-E friend, not just a client.
We are participating at this years TYPO3Camp Munich from 11th to 13th of September 2015. Look out for Jens Krumm and get in touch with us. The Munich TYPO3camp takes place in 2015 for the 8th time and has a population of some 200 participants of the largest in Germany. The camp brings together TYPO3 developers, businesses and TYPO3 enthusiasts, with a clear goal: to jointly develop ideas, learn from experts and make new interesting contacts.
