Today it's a big day for us :), Target-E's first year of activity, here in Cluj Napoca. This way we want to thank to our team of great developers: THANK YOU for all your effort and work through the year. Target-E is greatful to have you.
It is known that a team with negativity, doubts and disinterest will most likely fail to reach its goals, and we try to do our best to remove any trace of those. Being and working as team, means for us, a second place to be called as home.
A good latin proverb says "Mens sana in corpore sano". And we really do this at "home". We eat only healthy food, do a lot of sport, singing and dancing, and sometimes we work too...
The truth is that we work smart (not hard) and we are excellent fusball developers. This year we had also our first fusball championship and Dani and Andi were invicibles (not really hard to guess who won the trophy :D). If you are also a good fusball player, you should join us.
As the days go by, so does the winter. The battle between winter and spring has started, but not for us. The most expected moment has come. We are finally going to ski. Even if no one of us has any skills, we are all so excited about it (hope that this enthusiasm will also help us to learn skiing, otherwise we will just be a huge snowball).
Everyone is ready and we just pressed the "start button" of the road trip adventure till Vartop. The sun from Cluj make us a little bit skeptical, but we hope that there will be snow.Even if the road is kind of "shaky", it doesn't matter, the time passes quickly... and it's getting colder and colder, meaning that we are almost at destination... And here we are. The hosts expect us with traditional good food and other surprises. Tomorrow morning we will meet our ski instructor and after tomorrow the Winter Olympics can come :).
Sun, hesitating, woke us up, and after breakfast we were ready for the first ski lesson. The instructor told us the dos and don'ts, showed us some basic tips, and after that everyone was one their own way. And because team has no I, but win has, we encouraged each other, until each managed eventually to ski even at least a little.
At the end of the day Alexandra was our snowboard princess, and Erika our ski ballerina. Everyone tried hard, but in the end everyone was very happy and we are waiting the next ski teambuilduing.
